[SEE THE PROOF HERE]( Today's Market-Moving News 🔎 🏛 Powell Says Fed will Proceed with Caution Fed Chair Jerome Powell gave a speech at the Federal Reserve's annual conference in Jackson Hole, WY today, and his tone wasn't as dovish as some optimistic investors hoped it would be. Chairman Powell said the central bank would "proceed carefully" on rate hikes moving forward, and he saw little urgency to raise rates at the next policy meeting. Interest-rate futures markets say the odds of a November or December rate hike are about 50%. Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 Prime Number Acquisition [PNAC] $4.26 (46.9%) completed its SPAC merger with Noco-Noco PTE. It will begin trading under NCNC on Monday. Domo [DOMO] $10.94 (35.8%) issued a weak Q3 outlook and slashed its fiscal 2024 guidance as part of its quarterly earnings report. Digital Brands Group [DGBI] $8.53 (20.1%) filed a Form S-1/A after Thursday's close announcing its intent to pursue a $6 million offering of its common stock. YS Biopharma [YS] $2.70 (+56.7%) said its chairman and CEO had purchased upwards of 475,000 shares of common stock on the open market. VinFast [VFS] $68.77 (+40.3%) is on my list again after notching another big gain today, as shares continued to run hot in the wake of its recent IPO. Affirm Holdings [AFRM] $17.79 (+28.8%) reported better-than-expected fiscal Q4 results and issued strong forward-looking guidance. That's it for today!
