The headline figure represented a slowdown from May's 3.8% increase. Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 Tonix Pharmaceuticals [TNXP] $1.07 (39.8%) priced a public offering of 7 million shares at $1 apiece, for a gross proceed of approximately $7 million. ParaZero Technologies [PRZO] $2.50 (30.5%) pulled back one day after completing its IPO on the NASDAQ-NMS. Mallinckrodt [MNK] $1.08 (33.3%) pulled back after a big rally earlier in the week following reports that the company is considering bankruptcy in an effort to avoid paying out on its opioid lawsuit settlement. Aurora Acquisition [AURC] $44.05 (+113.2%) jumped ahead of a shareholder vote on the SPAC's proposed business combination with Better.com. Reata Pharmaceuticals [RETA] $167.19 (+54.0%) agreed to be acquired by Biogen [BIIB +0.9%] in an all-cash deal valued at roughly $6.5 billion.
