The news sent chip stocks lower in today's session, and the sector could face new headwinds if the new restrictions come to fruition. Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 American Rebel [AREB] $3.55 (35.4%) announced a securities purchase agreement with a single institutional investor for the sale of 686,499 shares of common stock & warrants priced at $4.37 for a $3.0 million gross proceed. AST SpaceMobile [ASTS] $4.64 (27.1%) priced an underwritten offering of 12.5 million shares, upsized from 12.0 million shares, for a gross proceed of $59.4 million. TRxADE Health [MEDS] $10.75 (27.5%) continues to pull back. The stock rallied on Monday after the company corrected details it shared last week regarding its planned merger with Superlatus. Minerva Neurosciences [NERV] $10.19 (+69.2%) scored a $20 million investment from Boehringer Ingelheim and Federated Hermes Kaufmann Funds via a private placement of its shares. Joby Aviation's $8.96 (+40.2%) received an airworthiness certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration for the first aircraft built at its Marina, CA production line, clearing the way for the start of test flights.
