Larimar Therapeutics [LRMR] $3.59 (-29.0%) Larimar Therapeutics fell after preliminary top-line data from Phase 2 trials of CTI-1601 in Friedreich's ataxia patients missed the market's expectations. Impel Pharmaceuticals [IMPL ://elitetra.de/L2Ic ] $1.15 (-24.3%) After Friday's close, a Form 4 filing revealed Impel Pharma's CFO Michael Kalb had been awarded more than 220,000 in stock options and restricted stock units. NeoGames [NGMS] $27.17 (+111.6%) On Sunday, NeoGames agreed to be acquired by Australia's Aristocrat Leisure in an all-cash deal valued at $1.2 billion. Under the terms of the agreement, NGMS shareholders will receive $29.50 for each common share, a 129% premium from the stock's Friday closing price. The new partnership provides access to the massive Philippines real estate market, including over 80,000 properties by more than 150 developers Sarepta Therapeutics [SRPT] $157.19 (+30.7%) An FDA advisory committee voted 8 to 6 in favor of accelerated approval for Sarepta's SRP-9001 in Duchenne muscular dystrophy patients.
