The S&P 500 [+1.3%], Nasdaq [+1.9%] and Dow [+1.1%] notched big rallies while the small-cap Russell 2K [+1.2%] performed in line with the large-cap indexes. [Get All the Details Here]( Today's Market-Moving News 🔎 🧊 Producer Inflation Shows Signs of Cooling March's Producer Price Index report showed core CPI increased by only 0.1% from the previous month, marking a slowdown from February's 0.2% increase. Year-over-year, core PPI cooled to 3.6% from 4.5% a month earlier. Investors cheered the data, and stocks rallied on the news. Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 GlucoTrack [GCTK] $1.37 (-49.2%) GlucoTrack announced a public offering of 7.4 million common shares and pre-funded warrants at $1.36 per share. The company expects the offering to generate a gross proceed of $10 million. ViewRay [VRAY] $1.83 (-39.2%) ViewRay's Q1 earnings report showed its operating loss increased by 11.5% from a year earlier, and the company lowered its 2023 guidance. The report also revealed that the company has hired Goldman Sachs to explore potential strategic alternatives. Altamira Therapeutics [CYTO ://elitetra.de/L2Ic ] $1.33 (-36.6%) Altamira Therapeutics pulled back after posting a 59.0% gain on Wednesday. The rally kicked off when the company published positive clinical results for AM-125 in the Otology & Neurology journal. Ocean Biomedical [OCEA] $6.76 (+49.8%) Ocean Biomedical announced its co-founder has been awarded a "Notice of Allowance" from the US Patent & Trademark office for the development of a new class of malaria therapeutics. Trust Stamp [IDAI] $5.55 (+45.2%) Trust Stamp rallied for a second day in a row after announcing it had been awarded a "Notice of Allowance" for three new U.S. patents related to its AI-based biometric authentication technology. Consolidated Communications Holdings [CNSL] $3.83 (+38.7%) This morning, Consolidated Communications announced it had receive a $4 per share buyout offer from Searchlight Capital Partners.
