It was first time in nearly two years that job openings dipped below 10 million. It could be a signal that demand for workers is easing. Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 Nogin [NOGN] $2.08 (-68.0%) Nogin announced a "reasonable best efforts" public offering of 7.3 million shares, plus accompanying warrants, priced at $3.00 per unit this morning. The deal is expected to generate gross proceeds of about $22 million. Multi Ways Holdings [MWG] $5.65 (-36.3%) Multi Ways Holdings reversed course today after rallying 257% on Monday following its IPO. There was no obvious news that would explain the sudden reversal. Kalera PLC [KAL ://elitetra.de/L2Ic ] $2.69 (-34.2%) Early this morning, Kalera PLC announced that its main, wholly-owned operating subsidiary, Kalera Inc., has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Cardlytics [CDLX] $6.24 (+80.8%) Cardlytics raised its revenue guidance for Q1 2023 to a range of $63.5 million to $66.5 million from a previously announced estimate of $54 million to $63 million. "Despite a difficult macroeconomic environment, our shift to a product-led operating structure is already yielding positive results," said CEO Karim Temsamani. NFT Gaming Company [NFTG] $2.00 (+49.8%) Early this morning, NFT Gaming Company provided a shareholder update on several key initiatives, including game launches, AI, and other efforts.
