The Dow [-0.8%], S&P 500 [-0.7%] and small-cap Russell 2K [-2.1%] sold off on the trading session, while the Nasdaq [<0.1%] edged out a small, fractional gain. The weak report prompted a downgrade from William Blair, and Barrington Research slashed its price target on the stock from $15 to $10. Casa Systems [CASA] $1.78 (-49.0%) Casa Systems Q4 earnings report missed the Street's EPS estimate, but revenues were stronger than expected. However, the company's fiscal 2023 guidance came in below expectations and sent the company's shares lower in today's session. Luna Innovations [LUNA] ://elitetra.de/L2Ic $6.50 (-32.0%) Luna also fell after its Q4 earnings report missed the market. The company's quarterly report included weaker-than-expected earnings, revenues, and full-year 2023 guidance. ThermoGenesis [THMO] $4.19 (+98.5%) ThermoGenesis announced plans to launch a new facility in the Sacramento metro area containing 12 ReadyStart Current Good Manufacturing Practice suites available for lease by early-stage life science and cell gene therapy companies. Elevation Oncology [ELEV] $2.32 (+62.2%) Elevation Oncology announced yesterday that it would present preclinical proof-of-concept data for EO-3021 at the American Association for Cancer Research Annual Meeting 2023 , being held April 14th to 19th in Orlando, Florida. Jounce Therapeutics [JNCE] $1.49 (+40.5%) Jounce Therapeutics reported late Tuesday that it had received an unsolicited buyout proposal from Concentra Biosciences.
