The Nasdaq [-0.5%] and S&P 500 [-0.2%] edged lower, while the Dow [+0.3%] managed to eke out a small gain. The small-cap Russell 2K [+0.2%] also made a slight advance. The move may be related to a report of stronger-than-expected oil output from Nigeria, an OPEC member. Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 Arqit Quantum [ARQQ] $1.47 (-42.0%) Arqit Quantum announced a registered direct offering of 10 million shares and warrants for 7.5 million shares for $2 per unit. The company expects gross proceeds of $20 million, and the offering is expected to close on Feb. 22nd. Universal Electronics [UEIC] $16.38 (-33.0%) Universal Electronics reported a YoY decline in earnings and revenues in Q4, and its reported figures missed consensus estimates by a wide margin. Ocean Biomedical [OCEA] ://elitetra.de/L2Ic $3.98 (-26.5%) Ocean Biomedical has been in free fall since completing its merger with Aesther Healthcare SPAC earlier this week. Share prices are down 60%+ since the company made its stock market debut. iBio [IBIO] $1.48 (+97.2%) iBio announced it was targeting tumor protein MUC16 in its latest immune-oncology target program, and shares exploded on the news. The company says MUC16 is a well-known cancer target often overexpressed in several types of solid tumors, including ovarian, lung and pancreas cancers. Movella Holdings [MVLA] $4.69 (+46.5%) Movella Holdings rebounded after several days of steep losses. The stock made its stock market debut on Monday after completing its business combination with Pathfinder SPAC last week. AMC Networks [AMCX] $27.13 (+32.3%) AMC Networks posted better-than-expected Q4 results this morning. The company reported EPS of $2.52 on sales of $964.5 million.
