On the other hand, 3M [MMM -6.2%] reported a slowdown in sales and announced it will cut 2,500 jobs. Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 Satixfly Communications [SATX] $2.29 (-68.3%) An early-morning Form 424B3 filing revealed Satixfly Communication has registered to sell millions of shares and warrants redeemable at $11.50 apiece. Shares fell sharply on the news. Scilex Holding Co [SCLX] $6.54 (-31.3%) Late Monday, a Form 4 filing revealed major shareholder Sorrento Therapeutics [SRNE -5.6%] offloaded roughly 73.7 million shares of SCLX to pay a previously-announced stock dividend to shareholders of record on Jan. 9th, 2023. The company published the study results in a peer-reviewed scientific journal called Respiratory Research. Grom Social Enterprises [GROM] $3.20 (+44.1%) Last Friday, a Form 3 filing revealed Goldman Sachs [GS -0.2%] had amassed a 10%+ ownership stake in Grom Social. As of today's close, GROM is up 106.4% since news of the GS stake hit the market, and the stock notched substantial gains in today's rally.
