Catalyst has 45 days to commence a patent infringement lawsuit to trigger a stay precluding the FDA from approving the application. The company says it intends to request a hearing. Intelligenct Bio Solutions [INBS] $1.03 (+293.1%) 🔥 Intelligent Bio skyrocketed after announcing results from continued testing of its biosensor platform at the University of Newcastle, Australia that showed a 4X improvement in testing time-to-result ratio. The company says the development team has proceeded to its next testing phase based on the encouraging results. Inspira Technologies [IINN] $1.87 (+49.6%) Inspira Technologies announced the US Patent & Trademark Office approved its patent for its dual-lumen cannula medical device, part of its ART system. The patent covers 20 claims, and the company said it plans to submit similar patent applications in other countries. Genius Group [GNS] $4.71 (+45.3%) Genius Group is running hot again after the company shared an update regarding its previously-announced investigation into illegal short selling of its shares.
