Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 Fate Therapeutics [FATE] $4.24 (-61.4%) Fate Therapeutics announced the termination of a collaboration and option agreement with Johnson & Johnson's [JNJ +0.8%] Janssen Biotech unit. The company also said it's slashing its staff and discontinuing some of its natural killer cell programs. Nabriva Therapeutics [NBRV] $1.30 (-44.8%) Nabriva Therapeutics' board approved a plan to wind down operations and terminate all non-essential employees at the company. Graphite Bio [GRPH ://elitetra.de/L2Ic ] $1.85 (-39.5%) Graphite Bio voluntarily paused a Phase 1/2 CEDAR study of nulabeglogen autogedtemcel for sickle cell disease due to a serious adverse event. Spruce Biosciences [SPRB] $2.42 (+93.6%) Spruce Bio signed an exclusive licensing deal with Kaken Pharmaceuticals for developing tildacerfont in Japan. The tiny biotech firm will get a $15 million upfront payment, plus additional milestone payments and tiered royalties under the terms of the agreement. MultiMetaVerse [MMV] - Last Close: $11.63 (+82.0%) MultiMetaVerse soared in its second day of trading since completing its business combination with Model Performance Acquisition SPAC, which previously traded under the symbol MPAC. UPDATE: This stock is falling fast in the after-hours. CytomX Therapeutics [CTMX] $2.52 (+40.7%%) CytomX Therapeutics announced a deal with Moderna [MRNA +3.9%] to develop investigational mRNA-based therapies early this morning.
