Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 Vera Therapeutics [VERA] $6.46 (-64.7%) Vera Therapeutics tanked despite announcing positive topline results from a Phase 2b origin clinical trial of atacicept to treat IGA nephropathy. The drug achieved a 33% mean reduction in proteinuria from baseline, and the company is planning a Phase 3 trial in the first half of 2023. ReShape Lifesciences [RSLS] $8.90 (-43.1%) ReShape Lifesciences pulled back today after a short squeeze rally sent the stock to a 132% gain on Tuesday. Enovix Corp [ENVX ://elitetra.de/L2Ic ] $7.15 (-41.0%) Enovix Corp hosted a livestream presentation to update investors on production, commercialization, and recent management additions. The market must've not liked what it heard because shares promptly plummeted on the news. Reunion Neuroscience [REUN] - Last Close: $1.45 (+39.4%) Reunion Neuroscience announced that it's on track to dose the first patient in a Phase 2 study of RE104 in postpartum depression patients. Theseus Pharmaceuticals [THRX] $7.10 (+36.2%) A recent Form 4 filing revealed Foresite Capital Management, a major shareholder in Theseus Pharma, added half a million shares to its position at a cost of roughly $5 apiece for a total purchase price of $2.5 million.
