Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 ZyVersa Therapeutics [ZVSA] $7.50 (-66.6%) ZyVersa Therapeutics completed its reverse merger with Larkspur Health SPAC overnight, and the stock sold off in its public market debut. MicroAlgo [MLGO] $4.10 (-60.8%) MicroAlgo also fell in its public market debut after closing its business combination with Venus Acquisition SPAC. Midatech Pharma [MTP ://elitetra.de/L2Ic ] $1.18 (-28.4%) Midatech pharma announced it had entered into a definitive merger agreement with Bioasis Technologies [BIOAF -35.8%] in a stock-swap deal. Bioasis shareholders will receive 0.0382 ADS shares of MTP in exchange for each share of BIOAF they hold. Closing is planned for Q1, 2023. Netcapital [NCPL] $2.20 (+58.2%) NetCapital reported stronger-than-expected on its fiscal Q2 2023 earnings report this morning. The FinTech firm generated EPS f $0.04 on $1.78 million in sales. Vincerx Pharma [VINC] $1.08 (+58.8%) Vicerx Pharma announced today that the US Food & Drug Administration had cleared its investigational new drug application for a new metastatic solid tumor treatment, VPI236. Summit Therapeutics [SMMT] $3.91 (+38.6%) Summit Therapeutics continues to run hot on news of widespread insider buying. The stock soared last week after several insiders made major share purchases.
