The S&P 500 [+1.4%], Nasdaq [+1.2%], and Dow [+1.5%] all gained more than 1%, and the small-cap Russell 2K [+1.1%] posted similar results. CPI report. It could be a pivotal week for the market, and its outlook for interest rate hikes. Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 Adicet Bio [ACET] $10.43 (-39.6%) Data from a Phase 1 trial of Adicet Bio's ADI-001 lymphoma drug showed an overall response rate of 75% and a complete response rate of 69%. Adicet said it's planning for a pivotal study in Q2, 2023. SHF Holdings [SHFS] $2.16 (-34.7%) SHF Holdings recently filed to issue 5.75 million shares of its Class A common stock to satisfy warrants issued to its IPO investors. Ambrx Biopharma [AMAM ://elitetra.de/L2Ic ] $2.86 (-37.0%) Ambrx Biopharma pulled back after posting a 1,007% gain on Friday. The rally was somewhat overdone, and share prices corrected in today's session. Larkspur Health Acquisition Corp [LSPR] $22.50 (+132.2%) In Friday's aftermarket, Larkspur Health SPAC announced its shareholders approved its merger agreement with ZyVersa Therapeutics. The deal was originally announced back on July 20th, 2022. HTG Molecular [HGTM] $1.23 (+53.7%) Shares of HGT Molecular exploded after the company filed a Form 8-K report this morning, although it's not clear which aspects of the report caused the big rally. Kingstone Companies [KINS] $1.52 (+39.4%) Kingstone entered a note and warrant exchange with holders to refinance its 5.5% senior notes coming due on Dec. 30th. Exchanging note holders got new 12% senior notes with 2024 due dates for $19.95 million, plus $1.6 million in cash, and warrants to buy 970,000 of shares of KINS. That's it for today!
