Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 Eiger BioPharmaceuticals [EIGR] $1.17 (-69.5%) Eiger BioPharma announced that patients enrolled in a Phase 3 study of its chronic hepatitis D drug candidate, lonafarnib, exhibited several instances of serious treatment-emergent adverse events, including a death. Relmada Therapeutics [RLMD] $2.17 (-47.8%) Relmada Therapeutics' adjunct treatment for major depressive disorder, REL-1017, failed to achieve its primary endpoint in a Phase 3 trial. Design Therapeutics [DSGN ://elitetra.de/L2Ic ] $8.46 (-33.3%) Design Therapeutics announced positive data from a single-ascending dose trial of DT-216, but the street didn't like what it heard. Wedbush cut its price target on DSGN to $19 from $26, and pushed back its expected market entry date for DT-216 to 2026. Pharvaris NV [PHVS] $11.46 (+356.5%) Pharvaris, a Switzerland-based biotech firm, unveiled positive top-line data from a Phase 2 RAPIDe-1 study of PHVS416 for the treatment of HAE attacks. Rent the Runway [RENT] $2.37 (+74.2%) Rent the Runway reported better-than-expected revenues of $77.4 million on its Q3 earnings release late Wednesday. The second-hand fashion company also hiked its Q4 and FY2022 guidance. Express [EXPR] $1.77 (+37.5%) Express announced it had entered into a new strategic partnership with brand management firm WHP. WHP will invest $25 million into Express in exchange for 5.4 million newly issued shares at $4.60 apiece, the equivalent of a 7.4% ownership stake. That's it for today!
