Barnes & Noble Education [BNED] $1.85 (-27.4%) Barnes & Noble Education's reported disappointing Q2 earnings results. Its earnings & sales figures fell well short of analyst estimates. Herbalife [HLF ://elitetra.de/L2Ic ] $13.06 (-25.4%) On Monday afternoon, Herbalife announced plans for a private offering of $250 million worth of senior convertible notes. The deal also includes a purchaser option for another $37.5 million in notes. Summit Therapeutics [SMMT] $2.31 (+194.2%) Summit Therapeutics landed a licensing deal with China-based Akeso Inc [AKESF] for its revolutionary cancer therapy ivonescimab. Summit paid $500 million upfront in exchange for the rights to develop & commercialize ivonescimab in the US, Canada, Europe, & Japan, and the deal could ultimately pay out as much as $5 billion in royalties and milestones. Pacifico Acquisition [PAFO] $8.03 (+59.0%) On Monday evening, news broke that shareholders voted to approved Pacifico Acquisition SPAC's proposed merger with Caravelle Inc. Eterna Therapeutics [ERNA] $4.46 (+43.8%) A Form 4 filing from today revealed that an Eterna insider, 10%+ owner John D Halpern, purchased another 335,920 shares at a price of about $1.1 million.
