The Nasdaq [+4.4%], S&P 500 [+3.0%], Dow [+2.1%] and small-cap Russell 2K [+2.5%] notched substantial gains on the trading day. Some online chatter speculated that the stock could be setting up to pivot higher if good news comes out of the vote. Appreciate Holdings [SFR] $6.48 (-39.6%) Appreciate Holdings plummeted in its stock market debut after completing its reverse merger with Proptech Investment II SPAC. OncoSec Medical [ONCS ://elitetra.de/L2Ic ] $2.83 (-26.4%) OncoSec Medical announced a $3.5 million public offering of its shares and warrants Wednesday evening, sending shares lower in today's session. The offering will include 1.166 million shares, plus associated warrants, at a price of $3 a share. Xpeng Inc [XPEV] $10.81 (+47.2%) Xpeng's posted better-than-expected Q3 earnings of ¥2.59 per diluted share and beat the Street's ¥2.03 EPS estimate by a wide margin. Biodesix [BDSX] $2.00 (+47.0%) A regulatory filing revealed the Lawrence T. Kennedy Jr. trust has amassed a 12.0% stake in Biodesix, sending shares higher in today's session. Cognition Therapeutics [CGTX] $3.51 (+41.5%) Recent regulatory filings revealed a flurry of insider buying at Cognition Therapeutics yesterday. Three insiders reported they bought tens of thousands of shares of CGTX yesterday, just one day after the company announced upbeat clinical data from a Phase 2 SHIMMER study of its investigational drug CT1812.
