[MORE HERE]( Today's Market-Moving News 🔎 - BOE Hike: The Bank of England announced a 0.75% interest rate hike today, matching the recently-announced increase from its U.S. counterpart, the Federal Reserve. - Mortgage Rates Fall: The average rate on a 30-yeard fixed mortgage sank to 6.95% today, after hitting 7.08% last week. Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 Vapotherm Inc [VAPO] $1.26 (-40.2%) Disappointing Q3 earnings sent VAPO tumbling in today's session. Revenues of $13.5 million missed the Street's $16.54 million target, and the firm also posted a wider-than-expected loss of $(0.98) per share. Peak Bio [PKBO] $3.80 (-45.5%) Peak Bio has seen sharp declines since completing its business combination with Ignyte Acquisition Corp SPAC. Shares plummeted in their market debut on Wednesday, and the declines continued in today's trading session. Surgalign Holdings [SRGA ://elitetra.de/L2Ic ] $2.00 (-35.0%) Surgalign's Q3 revenues and earnings disappointed Wall Street's estimates, and the company also lowered its full-year 2022 sales guidance in response to the weak quarter. The company posted a loss of $(1.46) per share on revenues of $20.2 million, marking a decline from the year-earlier quarter's $20.5 million top-line figure. Nerdwallet Inc [NRDS] $13.63 (+37.4%) Nerdwallet's generated EPS of $0.01 per share on revenues of $142.6 million in its Q3 earnings release, and beat analysts' estimates by a wide margin. The consensus target called for a loss of -$(0.13) per share on revenues of $135.3 million. Nerdwallet's Q4 guidance was also better than expected. Virax Biolabs Group Ltd [VRAX] $2.29 (+36.3%) Virax soared today after announcing the launch of a new three-in-one rapid test kit for RSV, COVID, and influenza. We featured VRAX in our morning report with a 22.6% gain, and the stock added to its gains during the trading session. Provention Bio Inc [PRVB] $8.41 (+26.0%) Provention Bio reported a quarterly loss of -$(0.34) per share on its Q3 earnings release to beat analysts' -$(0.42) EPS target by 19.0%. It also announced it is in advanced preparations for a potential U.S. commercial launch of teplizumab ahead of the FDA user fee goal date of Nov. 17th. That's it for today!
