Y-mAbs Therapeutics Inc [YMAB] $3.61 (-59.5%) Late Friday, an FDA advisory panel recommended against approving Y-mAbs' omburtamab oncology drug candidate for the treatment of for central nervous system/leptomeningeal metastasis from neuroblastoma. The news prompted downgrades from Kempen and Wedbush Securities. Share prices also briefly touched a record low in today's session. TuSimple Holdings Inc [TSP ://elitetra.de/L2Ic ] $3.43 (-45.6%) The FBI, SEC, and US Committee on Foreign Investment are investigating TuSimple Holdings over its relationship with a Chinese startup, Hydron Inc. The company also announced it fired CEO Xiaodi Hou in response to the investigation. Hou has denied any wrongdoing. Sonnet Biotherapeutics Holdings Inc [SONN] $1.93 (+66.3%) Sonnet will collaborate with Johnson & Johnson [JNJ -0.5%] on the evaluation of SON-1010, SON-1210, and SON-1410 in combination with certain Janssen proprietary cell therapy assets. The pharma firm will supply the compounds to JNJ for head-to-head studies, and "a successful evaluation could lead to a potential license agreement", said Pankaj Mohan, Sonnet's Founder and CEO. Acorda Therapeutics Inc [ACOR] $1.07 (+63.3%) Acorda Therapeutics has been on a hot streak since it provided an update to its long-term business plan and financial guidance last Thursday. Today, a Form 8-K/A filing revealed Acorda's CEO is encouraging shareholders to accept a reverse-split to prevent potential delisting from the Nasdaq next month. Actinium Pharmaceuticals Inc [ATNM] $13.69 (+40.7%) Today, Actinium Pharma announced positive topline results from a Phase 3 trial of its lead product candidate, lombab-B, in bone marrow transplant patients.
