Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 Agrify Corp [AGFY] $4.43 (-58.6%) Today, Agrify announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split would take effect at midnight tonight in an effort to maintain compliance with Nasdaq Capital Market's minimum bid price requirements, prompting a selloff in shares. Salarious Pharmaceuticals Inc [SLRX] $2.7411 (-45.1%) Salrius Pharma voluntarily paused enrollment in a Phase 1/2 trial of seclidemstat in cancer patients due to a "patient death that was classified as a suspected unexpected serious adverse reaction," according to a company statement. Inpixon [INPX ://elitetra.de/L2Ic ] $5.13 (-43.6%) Inpixon said today it has entered into an agreement to sell about $15 million worth of its common stock and warrants to a single institutional investor at a price of $5.85 per unit, and shares plummeted on the news. The company agreed to sell roughly 2.56 million shares and warrants for another 3.84 million shares as part of the deal. Akouos Inc [AKUS] $13.18 (+87.9%) Eli Lilly [ELI +0.6%] has agreed to acquire Akouos in a $610 million cash tender deal that will pay shareholders $12.50 per share at closing. The deal also includes terms that will allow shareholders to receive an additional $3 in cash dependent on the outcome of certain drug trials. Quoin Pharmaceuticals Ltd [QNRX] $2.73 (+44.4%) Quoin Pharma soared after announcing plans to initiate a second clinical trial of QRX003 topical lotion in Netherton Syndrome patients who are receiving treatments. The study will be performed under a New Drug Application and will investigate numerous clinical endpoints. AVEO Pharmaceuticals Inc [AVEO] $14.92 (+42.3%) AVEO soared on news that LG Chem agreed to acquire the company in an all-cash deal worth $566 million that will pay shareholders $15 per share. Shares were up 38.8% as of this morning's report, but they closed ever higher after rallying throughout the trading session. That's it for today!
