The company also announced a CEO change. The news prompted a downgrade to "Equal-Weight" from "Overweight" by Morgan Stanley, and shares of the cloud-software provider fell on the news. Argo Blockchain PLC [ARBK ://elitetra.de/L2Ic ] $2.46 (-23.1%) Barclays downgraded ARBK from "overweight" to "equal -weight" in today's session and slashed its price target on the blockchain stock from $7 to $3. Applied DNA Sciences [APDN] $2.12 (+70.9%) Applied DNA landed its largest single purchase order to date for its LinearDNA product with a six-figure deal under a long-standing supply agreement for the bulk manufacture of its in vitro diagnostics kit. Immunic Inc [IMUX] $6.20 (+56.5%) Immunic announced a private-placement agreement to sell 8.69 million shares for $4.35 apiece and warrants to buy another 5.09 million shares at $4.34 in public placement financing for gross proceeds of about $60 million. The firm said the proceeds will go towards funding ongoing clinical development of its three lead product candidates. Phoenix Motor [PEV] $2.37 (+17.3%) Phoenix Motor will collaborate with IAT Automobile Technology to develop its fourth-generation EVs, according to a joint statement issues by the companies today.
