[Image](www.elitetrade.club) Good Afternoon! Hey, guys and gals. It's Chris from Elite Trade Club. Welcome to the Closing Bell Roundup. Please, feel free to reply to this email and tell us what you think of this new addition to the Elite Trade Club lineup! Today is Wednesday, September 14th. I hope you had a great day! Here's what moved the market today: Markets 📈 US markets barely eked out a higher close, just a day after being rocked by the worst selloff it's seen in over two years. The S&P 500 [+0.3%], Nasdaq [+0.7%], and Dow [0.1%] all ended the day in the green, but the small-cap Russell 2K [-0.1%] slid to a slight loss. Sponsored [The Key to Lithium Dominance in the US 🔋]( Nevada's desert flats contain more lithium than any other geography in the world. And with electric vehicles driving a global boom in demand for lithium-ion batteries, Nevada should be on every investor's radar. There are several promising companies coming out of the state, but one stock is light years ahead of the competition. [Get the #1 Stock for Nevada's Lithium Bonanza Here]( Today's Market-Moving News 🔎 - SoftBank Spin-Off: SoftBank [SOBKY +1.0%] is reportedly considering launching a third Vision Fund after the previous two were weighed down with sharp losses. - Rail Stocks Fall on Strike Fears: CSX Corp [CSX -1.1%], Union Pacific [UNP -3.7%] and Norfolk Southern [NSC -2.2%] posted losses as fears of a potential strike rocked the sector. Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 Vintage Wine Estates [VWE] - (-40.3%) A pair of analyst downgrades prompted a sell off in VWE. Canaccord Genuity knocked down VWE to "hold" from "buy," and Telsey Advisory lowered it to "market perform" from "outperform." Altimmune [ALT] - (-27.0%) Altimmune plummetted in today's session despite reporting that its Phase 1b study for pemvidutide met both its primary and secondary endpoints, with no test subjects reporting serious or severe adverse events during the trial. Still, the data prompted sharp losses in ALT. Comera Life Sciences [CMRA] - (-26.4%) Comera Life Sciences pulled back sharply in today's session after a triple-digit rally on Tuesday. However, the stock managed to hold onto a decent sized chunk of its previous-day gains. SciSparc [SPRC] - (+23.9%) SciSparc broke out to a 56.6% gain this morning after announcing it had agreed to buy a major Amazon seller. However, SPRC ended up giving back nearly half of those gains by the time the session closed. bioAffinity Technologies [BIAF] - (+17.4%) BIoAffinity shares surged after the company published its research in high-throughput flow cytometry analysis of sputum in PLOS ONE. "The PLOS ONE paper presents our unique method for determining the health of an individual's lungs," bioAffinity President and CEO Maria Zannes said. The market liked what it saw, apparently. ZeroFx Holdings [ZFOX] - (+22.9%) ZeroFox has been on a hot streak this week, but today was its biggest rally yet. The enterprise cybersecurity company disclosed detailed financial results in a Form 8-K/A that was released to the public following Monday's closing bell. That's it for today! Please, write us back, and let us know what you think of the Closing Bell Roundup. We're always eager to hear feedback from our members! Thanks for reading. See you at the next open!
