The US 10-year gained 62 basis points to rally to 3.420% today. Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 Cardiff Oncology [CRDF] - (-41.1%) Cardiff Oncology announced it will no longer independently fund any clinical activities pertaining to metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer, citing clinical data and the therapeutic landscape. News of the setback prompted a sell off in CRDF. Rent the Runway [RENT] - (-38.7%) Rent the Runway reeled in today's session after posting lackluster quarterly earnings in Monday's after-hours. The Q2 results beat analysts' revenue and earnings targets, but RENT disappointed with its Q3 and full-year guidance. InMed Pharmaceuticals [INM] - (-35.7%) InMed Pharma pulled back just a day after a massive 70% rally on Monday. The boom came after the company announced a $6 million private placement at $8.68 per share, but the rally may have been overdone because shares sold off today. Akero Therapeutics [AKRO] - (+136.8%) Akero Therapeutics exploded after it announced that a Phase 2b study of efruxifermin for non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) met its primary and secondary endpoints for efficacy and safety in patient trials. The company seized on the momentum to announce a secondary public offering during the session. The stock was up 94.5% when we called it out this morning. Comera Life Sciences [CMRA] - (+100.0%) Shares of Comera exploded after a Form 4 filing revealed three of the company's top executives recently purchased large quantities of common stock. When we called out CMRA this morning, it was up 23.8%. You could've seen substantial upside if you rode the premarket rally all the way to the close. 89Bio Inc [ETNB] - (+40.0%) Rumor has it, analysts believe that Akero Therapeutic's NASH data could be a good sign for 89Bio, who currently has a similar drug, Pegoza, in clinical trials.
