Biotech is leading today's premarket gainers. Get a full report on all 4 top stocks inside [Image](www.elitetrade.club) Good Morning! Hey, guys and gals. It's Chris from Elite Trade Club again. We're trying something new out today. Our new Closing Bell Roundup will brief you on the biggest market-moving news from the trading day. Depending on the feedback we get, this could become a regular part of our sending schedule. Please reply to this email with your questions, comments, suggestions, and feedback. Simply hit "reply" on this email and let us know if you want more! As always, thanks for being an Elite Trade Club member. I hope you enjoy this inaugural edition of our Closing Bell Roundup. Today is Wednesday, August 31st. Let's get ready to trade! Markets 📈 US benchmarks briefly broke into positive territory to start the trading session, but the rally faded by midday. The S&P 500 [-0.8%], Dow [-0.9%], and Nasdaq [-0.6%] all closed in the red. Today's Market-Moving News 🔎 - Eurozone Inflation Tops 9%: Consumer prices jumped 9.1% from last year, marking an acceleration from the 8.9% inflation rate reported in the region in July. - FDA Clears Omicron Boosters: The US Food & Drug Administration cleared updated vaccines from Pfizer [PFE -1.4%] -BioNTech [BNTX -1.7%] and Moderna [MRNA -2.7%] in preparation for a Fall booster campaign. - JPMorgan-Chase's [JPM] - (-0.6%) Frankfurt offices were raided as part of an ongoing tax fraud probe involving several US banks. Today's Top Winners and Losers 🔥 Hempacco Co Inc [HPCO] - (-34.3%) Hempacco suffered sharp declines just one day after its IPO on Tuesday. The company seeks to disrupt the tobacco industry with herbal and hemp-based alternatives to cigarettes. Mobile Global Esports [MGAM] - (-31.7%) Mobile Global Esports was one of today's top losers after rallying 104% on Tuesday. It appears many investors decided to take some of their gains off the table after yesterday's triple-digit rally. Bed Bath & Beyond [BBBY] - (-20.2%) Bed Bath & Beyond will close 150 stores, make cuts to its staff, and issue new shares of stock in an effort to improve its cash position and liquidity. Addentax Group Corp. [ATXG] - (+5,388%) Shares of Addentax Group, and China-based logistics service provider, skyrocketed to INSANE gains after the company completed its $25 million initial public offering in today's session. Shuttle Pharmaceuticals Inc [SHPH] - (+454.2%) Shuttle Pharmaceuticals is also coming off a very successful IPO in today's trading session. Shares of the newly-listed pharma stock saw sharp gains and generated $10 million in gross proceeds for the company. Nuwellis Inc [NUWE] - (+131.7%) I called out Nuwellis this morning when it was up just 58.7% after revealing real-world data that supported the safety and efficacy of its Aquadex FlexFlow System. However, the premarket gains were just the tip of the iceberg. The micro-cap MedTech stock went on to post triple-digit gains in the trading session. Snap [SNAP] - (+9.5%) Snap plans to cut 20% of its staff as part of a cost-cutting campaign designed to offset slowing revenue growth. Shares gained on the news. That's it for today! Remember, we'd really like to hear your feedback on this one. If we get a good response, the Closing Bell Roundup could become a regular thing. Please, write us back and let you know what you think! Thanks for reading. See you at the next open! Best Regards, Chris -- Elite Trade Club P.S...
