Partly because we just wrapped up the reopening of Social Bank (welcome new students! 💃), and partly because my DMs have been flooded since Kaeli and I landed in Italy. (If you missed it, we’re having a lovely time with a boutique travel company called [Italian Fix](, run by my friend and fellow entrepreneur, Bianca Gignac.) People want to know how we’re managing a launch, traveling, and making time for homemade pesto pasta 🍝 (plus those ~influencer~ content creation moments 👇). ​ So I decided to reveal some of my secrets… I’ve rounded up all of the tools we use to keep my business running smoothly, no matter where on the globe we are! (And no matter how spotty the WiFi is.) This is purely a "behind the scenes" email, because I want you to be able to live the lifestyle you want… without any confusion about how to keep your business running. Note: I’m *not* going to mention Instagram in this list of tools. (I know, shocking.) ​ You already know how much of an asset it is for your business, so let’s talk about the OTHER tools I use to run my business remotely. 😀 Here’s what we use daily as a fully remote team: - Asana – This is the hub where ALL of our projects and tasks live. Kaeli (Asana wizard that she is) loaded all launch-related tasks into Asana weeks ago, so every team member knew what they had on their plates. ​ - Slack – This is where we do our daily check-ins as a team. Every morning, we post what our priorities are and what we’re working on so we’re all on the same page (and can tag in if someone needs help with something). It’s how we stay connected even when we’re all over the world (which we are, 98% of the time). ​ - Loom – While we do meet as a team 1x a week every Monday, we do the majority of our “meetings” over Loom! I’ll record my screen and talk through something, and then a team member will do the same thing back if needed. That way we don’t have to coordinate between time zones and we can go back and review something later. ​ - ClickFunnels – This is the tool that hosted our Social Bank sales page and how all our new students joined the program! (Funnel software is truly magic.) We also use WordPress (for my main website), but ClickFunnels houses most of our funnels (including checkout pages and how we collect actual payment of our products). ​ - ConvertKit - This is how you’re receiving this email right now! We use ConvertKit to let everyone on my email list know about Social Bank (and anything else like new YouTube videos or resources) and track open rates and clicks, so we only send out messages that are relevant to our dear readers.
