Doctors are being left “speechless” at the horrors they’re seeing – children having their legs amputated without anesthetic, babies dying of dehydration within days of being born. The list of atrocities is endless. UN experts have urgently called for a halt on arms exports to Israel given the undeniable risk that they are being used against civilians. And the US has even found the Israeli army responsible for gross human rights violations. There is NO defense to keep fueling Israel’s killing machine. Yet, the UK is doing everything it can to keep shamelessly arming Israel. But we received amazing news last week. A brilliant group of lawyers have just had their groundbreaking case to stop the UK’s flow of arms revived after it was initially dismissed in February. This is huge – and means they have a real chance of winning! They’re working round the clock to make sure they’re ready to take this case all the way to the High Court but it’s going to be a tough road ahead and the next few months are critical.
