toxic pesticides could be banned...   50% of honeybee colonies in the US have died in recent years. But there's still some hope: the US Environmental Protection Agency will soon decide whether to ban or approve bee-killing pesticides. Show global support for our precious pollinators and make sure bee-killing pesticides are banned. [ Sign the petitionÂ]( {NAME}, Bee-killing pesticides could finally be banned in the US this year. There is no better time – in 2022 half of bee colonies in the US died. Bees are important pollinators for more than 100 different foods, including nuts, vegetables, berries, citruses and melons. One out of every three mouthfuls of the food we eat depends on pollinators like bees. [Will you sign the petition calling on the US Environmental Protection Agency to ban bee-killing pesticides?]( Studies have repeatedly shown that bee-killing pesticides - neonicotinoids - don’t even provide any economic benefit to farmers and their crops. The only beneficiaries are chemical corporations like Bayer. Europe has already banned toxic pesticides that harm bees. If the US bans them as well we’ll be another step closer to making the world a safer place for bees and ensuring food security for everyone. Send a strong message to the US Environmental Protection Agency and show them that everyone wants bee-killing pesticides to be banned. [Add your name to the petition to ban bee-killing pesticides now.]( The Ekō community has a strong track record of protecting bees. 383,000 Ekō members like you were involved in the push for Europe to ban Bayer’s toxic pesticide Thiacloprid which helped make sure bees and farm workers across Europe are safe from this insect-harming chemical.
