[ ] Ed-tech company Age of Learning named [Luci Willits]( as vice president of public policy. Willits is the former chief of staff for the Idaho Department of Education. She most recently served as senior vice president of government relations at MetaMetrics, and previously held leadership roles at Curriculum Associates and assessment consortium Smarter Balanced. The Center for Education Reform announced new leaders for its Yass Prize for Sustainable Transformational, Outstanding, and Permissionless Education initiative. [Rob Blevins]( was named chief operating officer, and [Katherine Nelligan]( was named Director of Research. [Josephina Rago]( was named Senior Partnership Manager, and [Alex Audet]( was appointed director of data and technology. [Jenny Martinez]( was named as the next provost of Stanford University, effective Oct. 1. Martinez is currently dean of Stanford Law School.
