The Yes Foundation named [Matt Frendewey]( as vice president of strategy. Frendewey is former director of comunications at Stand Together, where he helped launch the Yes Foundation, and a former senior advisor to former U.S. Secretary of Education Betsy Devos. [Louie Rodriguez]( was appointed vice provost and dean of undergraduate education at University of California - Riverside.
