Luttrell currently serves as the Festus R-VI superintendent in Missouri, a role he's held since 2013. Southern University in Louisiana has named [Dennis Shields](73ydJHowN:m:1:3125711346:3E6D1F23153D8E48F1402D0B017591C9:r) as the next president of the Southern University System and as chancellor of Southern University and A&M College.
