Mullin most recently served a chief operating and financial officer of Dext, a U.K.-based global SaaS business. She will be the first COO in the 25-year history of Texthelp, which is based in Northern Ireland and Massachusetts. Golden Peak Media, a provider of digital and print content, has named [Jeffrey Litvack](7WP0f6oVN:m:1:3125711346:22B6D17BA22D76DB0AA1D8DEC0A0FCA2:r) as its new CEO.
