It’s always bittersweet to move towards the end of a year, especially for IEA as 2023 has been an extra special year celebrating our 25th Anniversary with many of you. We are grateful for the friendship and support from the IEA community. If you haven’t had a chance to make a gift in honor of the 25th milestone, our 25th Anniversary Annual Giving continues through the end of the year. We have some exciting dates to share with you: Caroline D. Bradley Scholarship applications are LIVE; our holiday open house is December 15; and our Yunasa virtual Q&A is February 16! 25TH ANNIVERSARY ANNUAL GIVING . Twenty-five years ago, the Institute for Educational Advancement was founded to uniquely support not only the intellect of gifted and talented children but all aspects of the whole child – intellectual, social, emotional, spiritual and physical. Our dream became a reality, and we are proud to have positively impacted over 11,500 gifted young people through life-changing programs, enrichment classes, scholarships and other services in our home base of Pasadena, CA and all across the country. Today, IEA is recognized as one of the nation’s leading organizations dedicated to serving gifted youth. €‹â€‹â€‹â€‹ As we commemorate this meaningful 25th anniversary, there is still work to be done as thousands of gifted children across the country are under-resourced with little or no access to any form of gifted education or services. With your support, IEA will be able to remain dedicated to ensuring these remarkable children, regardless of background, have access to the educational programming they need to thrive and reach toward their full intellectual and personal potential. We look forward to nurturing and empowering future generations of children for the next 25 years and more. Help us close the gap and reach our goal by raising $400,000 to nurture bright young minds. Our goal is to never turn children away due to a lack of resources. Donations of all sizes are welcome. Every gift makes a difference! [DONATE NOW!]( ACADEMY . [READ ABOUT ELILI]( [READ ABOUT ALESYA]( --------------------------------------------------------------- []( IEA strives to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our students and families. We understand that our community may be impacted by the distressing news surrounding global conflicts. Gifted children are often more aware of, stimulated by, and affected by their surroundings. They feel with great intensity and may have trouble dealing with their strong emotional reactions to uncertain world news. While we continue to advocate for peace, we would also like to [share some resources]( for families navigating conversations about current events. We are here for you and encourage you to reach out to IEA if you or your child would like additional support.
