Consider this a snapshot of one of the busiest times of the year for IEA. In addition to the start of Yunasa Academy and the end of Academy's summer session, our Caroline D. Bradley Scholarship team is traveling around the country to interview finalists. We also wanted to thank all the student participants for a successful Summer Spotlight! This week, Yunasa Michigan is in full swing! Just like Yunasa West, this marks a much-needed return to in-person connections. [STEAM-a-thon]( SAVE THE DATE Saturday, September 18, 2021 to Friday, October 15, 2021 We are excited to announce plans for the IEA STEAM-a-Thon! Help us achieve our goal of serving gifted and creative youth by joining the STEAM-a-thon and raising awareness and funds for IEA. Bright young innovators of all ages from across the country will be invited to participate in a special STEAM Challenge competition and peer-to-peer fundraising event supporting IEA. Our fundraiser for 2021 is a four-week virtual event set to kick-off on Saturday, September 18 and will feature engaging opening and closing presentations, intriguing STEAM challenges/experiments for competition as either individuals or small teams, a judges panel, multiple prize opportunities, fun activities and a STEAM focused keynote speaker. STEAM-A-THON event registration information will be available in August. We need your support! We invite you, your family or business to become a Sponsor. STEAM-a-Thon Sponsors will play an important role in making the event a financial success and helping to raise vital funding to support IEA’s advanced programs, services and financial aid for underserved students in need.
