Instead of using the traditional stainless steel, Apple has engineered a frame made from titanium. This makes the devices lighter & feel better to touch. In addition to this, they replaced the iconic lightning port with USB-C ports which was a welcome change, and part of the reason many users upgraded to this new phone.
