  Our commitment to the GDPR From May 25, 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union will be applied. With this new regulation, the European Parliament, the Council of Ministers of the European Union and the European Commission mean to protect and empower all EU citizens data privacy. Easypromos’s commitment to the GDPR is to comply with all obligations expressed in the GDPR and that’s why we want to inform you that we are now fully adapted to the new law. Our adaptation is based on three pillars: - Implementation of new tools that allow our clients to create GDPR compliant promotions. - Adaptation of our general terms and conditions by including a new Data Processor Agreement, as well as implementation of new procedures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of these data and our commitment with the data managers and holders. - Update of our data protection and privacy policy of our clients, as well as review of the consent given to send commercial communications.
