[View this email in your browser]( [Post Your Remedy!]( Below are a handful of the best remedies for back pain relief. Let us know what worked for you! [Ted's Famous Hyaluronic Acid and Sea Salt]( Posted by Mark J. (Litchfield Park, Az) on 03/26/2018 [5 out of 5 stars] I recently ended up with a herniated disc confirmed with an MRI. I tried coconut oil and several other methods to relieve the extreme pain and did not get relief. I could barely walk. I decided to try Ted's Hyaluronic Acid formula. In the beginning I tried to use too much of the HA in the formula with no salt and it did not work. If it is too thick it only lubricates the intestines and the salt is Needed to transport the HA into the system. I have to watch my blood pressure and I was concerned that the added sea salt would impact my blood pressure... My own formula after a lot of struggle is basically 9 grams of sea salt and 500 mg of sodium hyaluronic acid in 500 cc of water. It works in nearly all cases of spinal degeneration I know and you should see significant improvement in a day. You store or refrigerate unused portions which should last a month. I don't use vitamin c in the mix as they decompose the mix. When dissolving this can be done using cool water such as 75 F. Then shake to dissolve the mix and keep in the refrigerator. Kept overnight and shake anytime then is ready for use. If you can't weigh it try 1 full teaspoon to 1 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt. The formula for me goes bad after 1 month. Sea salt is a preservative and carrier for hyaluronic acid. Yes, it is somewhat of a miracle cure as it allows the damaged cartilage to regenerate. I see most don't have to do surgery with it. Most suggestions helped temporarily, and I do think there is value in the remedies I tried, but I have found something that helps me long-term: leg lifts. I am a 45 year old woman, and I want to help you because I know the pain and frustration you are experiencing. There were times I could not get off the floor because of the pain. I got shoved to the floor at a rock concert when I was 17 and have had lower back pain in increasing intensity since. When I was 30, my hip would fall out of its socket, and starting about age 33, I would regularly trip on sidewalk cracks, which would send a shooting pain through my back. I remained active through it all, even running a 5K, but the pain kept coming back... Consult your doctor before you try anything. If you get hurt, don't waste your time suing me, you won't get much. This post will probably be too long for most readers, but if you have LOWER BACK PAIN, I want you to know that I understand what you're going through. I fixed my LOWER BACK PAIN with a BALL POINT PEN - no, I didn't write a check. First, some background and then I'll get to the point. I had back pain for 28 years - from age 17 to age 45. I'm 53 now and except for a couple of 'twinges' NO PAIN IN 8 YEARS. I spent an average of 3 days a month on my back. I had pain 75% of the time... I have been through two cervical fusions (3 levels fused) and an arm surgery (where they removed bone, and gave me hardware of plates and screws in my arm). I have recovered from all my surgeries but had been dealing with the residual side effects of chronic pain and many years of being on pharmaceuticals. Today, I am clean, as far as pharmaceuticals goes, none of that crap in my blood stream. It has been a four year journey since my first neck surgery. I was on ten different medications... I couldn't find anything on EC about it. And/Or if there is a place for liver help, whatever you name the category, here is the remedy I want to share: Lemon Slice a Day [Continue Reading]( --------------------------------------------------------------- [DMSO for a Herniated Lumbar Disc]( Posted by David (Baja California Sur, Mexico) on 07/18/2012 [5 out of 5 stars] I use DMSO to relieve some of the painful symptoms of a herniated # 4 lumbar disc. My best guess is DMSO works because not only does the nerve bundle cause pain, but the pain causes adjacent muscles to tense up and spasm. Believe it or not, I am convinced the knotted muscles feed back pain to the nerve, aggravating it even more. No, I'm afraid DMSO is not the all enveloping miracle cure for a herniated disc agony. But it does temporarily relieve a significant amount of pain - and I do not have to swallow even more medicine to do it. Call me "convinced".
