A man posted about the apple cider vinegar cleanse and I emailed him about it to ask more. He saved my father's life. We devoted a few months to his cleansing, and he avoided the gallstone surgery. His sugar levels returned to normal and he looked 10 years younger. I don't know if that man checks this site still, but to him, and to the moderators and the admin of this website, thank you. I have followed one month of 200 mgs selenium, milk thistle, vitamin E, Choline and added after 2 weeks ALA and pain is gone and urine smells normal. It was especially the ALA that made the difference, only milk thistle and selenium were not enough. After I added the ALA, it took only two weeks to release most of the problems. I continue this protocol for a couple of weeks to make the liver strong again and eat healthy. Mom took me to the Doctor and he prescribed and antibiotic ear drop. When we got to the locally owner pharmacy ran by Mr. Hines, he told mom the ear drops the Doctor prescribed were $50. He told mom to mix together white distilled vinegar and tap water 1:1 ratio into a small squeeze bottle would do the same thing as the expensive ear drops so mom did. He said to tilt my head and fill the ear canal up with this mixture and plug the ear canal with a cottonball. Do this several times a day til the ear infection cleared up and it did. I tried many other things and Curaderm finally worked. It's a tedious process and I suggest also buying hibiclens and washing with this during every dressing change and application. It gets alot worse before it gets better, so don't give up. Once it's healed you will be glad you followed through, the first few weeks are the toughest (for me anyways) after that when the skin starts healing, it can become very itchy. This is when I purchased a lidocaine spray. Great product! The reason the US doesn't prescribe it here is because of Big Pharma! They don't want us using plant based products! He is not prone to headaches and the pain was disconcerting. He mentioned it to his doctor, who thought it was radial nerve pain. Looking up symptoms and causes, this seemed likely. He has also had some trouble with his elbow on the same side now and then. He had used some stretching exercises for the pain in his elbow that had helped, He used the same ones again, and it has now helped with the pain in his head, neck and shoulder. There are lots of videos with exercises for radial nerve pain, but I just printed out this sheet of exercises for him. I am definitely a fan of exercises for pain relief! Non-invasive, no medications, and free! At one point it resembled ringworm so I used an anti fungal cream and nothing changed. Then I went to urgent care and got a steroid cream and the diagnosis for contact dermatitis. The rash somewhat went away when I first started using the cream but came back bigger than ever shortly thereafter. I told a friend about it and she told me the same thing happened to her because she is allergic to the fluoride in her toothpaste. I switched to fluoride free toothpaste and my rash was gone within 24 hours. I realized when I first started using the cream I was staying at a friend's house, using her toothpaste which could be why the steroid cream seemed to work at first. Just throwing this out there if anyone else is dealing with a rash on their face and treatments aren't really working. Other symptoms I didn't correlate until now include: swollen eyes in the morning (I thought I might be allergic to my mascara) and sneezing (which isn't that unusual for me). This was followed by about 1 cup of water so that the total amount of water drank was almost 2 liters in the end. Of course, the pain took quite a bit longer to go away - it didn't go away completely until the 7th dose - but it did eventually go away and we're encouraged by that.
