Have you ever wondered how some business owners are able to quickly scale to multiple 7-figures

Have you ever wondered how some business owners are able to quickly scale to multiple 7-figures… While others stay stuck at a few hundred thousand per year… Even though their product is just as good and they have a fully capable sales team? Any entrepreneur looking to make their first million would love to know the answer. But unfortunately, it’s not something that’s visible at first glance. I only discovered this hidden principle through 17 years of coaching business owners… Because I’ve watched this ONE factor become the difference between massive success… or mediocrity… Over and over again. Here’s a quick example of what I mean: Last week my team talked to a guy who’s interested in signing up for coaching. He’s been running his accounting business for 6 years… Clients love him… He’s got a great referral program… And as far as he can tell, he’s doing everything right. Yet he just can’t seem to grow his business past $400k. Which is nothing to sneeze at. But after paying his team and other expenses… It doesn’t feel like anywhere close to enough for how hard he works. Or the 70+ hours per week he often puts in. Now, on the other hand… My client Adam P. is pretty much the exact opposite of that. Adam runs a $2 million+ per year accounting firm… Working just four days (roughly 30 hrs) each week. Which means Adam is making at least 5X what the other business owner is making… And if you really want to break it down in terms of dollars per hour… Adam is actually making about 10X more in the time he's working. So how is it that two top notch accountants who offer the same services, have such a huge difference in their businesses & income? The truth may surprise you… Because it’s none of the things you might think. Adam isn’t serving a better or wider market (they’re both in major cities and can serve clients in other states)... He didn’t have a trust fund or any other head start… And he’d be the first to tell you he wasn’t born with a superior sales ability. But there’s one thing Adam did do that the other man has not: He got massive ACCOUNTABILITY. In addition to all his big goals and plans… And all the strategies he researched for growing his business… Adam also had someone keeping him on track and making sure he followed through on the right actions. Why is that so important? Because the simple truth is… Most entrepreneurs know what to do… they just aren’t doing it. Case in point: I’d bet that right now, you have at least 2-3 great ideas you know could boost your bottom line. Or at the very least… You probably have a stack of business books sitting on a shelf, packed with strategies that could move you light years ahead. And yet… you still haven’t implemented any of them. But it’s not because you’re lazy. It’s because — like every business owner — you’re pulled in a million directions at once. You’re so caught up with the daily chaos of putting out fires and responding to requests from clients or team members… That things like fixing your marketing strategy or hiring a sales closer simply fall by the wayside. But these kinds of tasks which often get pushed to the backburner… Are actually what grows your business. And accountability is the secret weapon that ensures those needle-moving items get done… EVEN amidst the whirlwind of constant emails, customer service issues, and other microemergencies you typically endure. Adam is a smart guy and he’s great at what he does… But he didn’t build a $2M business because he’s some sort of genius. He did it by actually following through on the things he knew he needed to do. Sure, we helped him with better systems and strategies that saved him time and made everything easier… But more importantly… We held him accountable to taking the actions that were necessary to scale his firm. Not only does Adam now have a 7-figure income… He also takes 3-day weekends to spend time with his wife and kids. Because on top of helping entrepreneurs install better systems & habits… Hardcore accountability is something we do better than anyone else I know of on the planet. Here’s what another client, Naomi, recently said about her experience: "Oh Wow. You are relentless! I am not used to this. I am used to coming and doing whatever and however I want. This is the kind of accountability I need and exactly why I hired you as a coach." So if harnessing the raw power of accountability appeals to you… And you’re ready to start executing on all the things you need to do to make quantum leaps in your business… Then I recommend booking a call at the link below to find out if our coaching is right for you.
