Yesterday I shared some high powered tips on how to boost your health & energy from ETR Head Coach D

Yesterday I shared some high powered tips on how to boost your health & energy from ETR Head Coach Daniel Woodrum. Today we’re continuing with 5 more of these strategies — here’s Daniel: 1) De-Screen Don’t feel bad if you feel like you’re addicted to your phone. We all feel that way. But we need to use Craig’s systems to cut back on screentime. Put the phone away. Monitor your screen time. Recruit an accountability partner. I also use the app Opal which helps block your phone and apps at certain times. I use the app in the morning and evening. I've decreased my screen time by nearly 3 hours per day which has allowed me to be more productive and present with my family. 2) Find A Coach or Accountability Buddy No one can have too much accountability. Studies have shown that when you have an accountability buddy or coach, you'll achieve better results more quickly. Find someone you respect and who you know will not let you off the hook. You need someone you don’t want to let down. For example, my client Sean found himself making excuses to not show up to the gym on his scheduled workout days. He found an accountability buddy that he respected and they showed up to the gym together and held each other accountable. Sean didn't want to let him down and stopped skipping his workouts. 3) Eat Real Fuel your body with nutritious foods, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Avoid excess processed foods, sugary snacks, and caffeine. When my client Naomi started with me, her busy lifestyle led to bad food choices. I gave her the accountability to limit her sugar intake and she started to follow a professional meal plan. Within 30 days she got rid of her headaches, 10X’d her energy levels and decreased her joint pain so she could deal with being on her feet all day. 4) De-Booze Craig and Michelle gave up alcohol over 2 years ago… and they both sleep better and feel better today. Soon after Craig’s friend Bedros gave up booze… And now nearly everyone is doing it. So many of our clients are taking back control over the bottle. If you want to at least cut back on the booze, here’s why and how. First, know that alcohol does not serve you. It impairs your sleep, leads to poor food choices, inhibits ambition and can halt fat loss. Plus, one drink too many could lead to a life-destroying DUI (it’s happened to millions!)  For optimal health you need to limit your alcohol consumption and consider giving it up altogether. One of our ETR team members Ron has completely given up alcohol and said this... “Not drinking alcohol this year has been a transformative process. I am more confident and see the world through a clear lens.” If you’re skeptical… Just start with one less drink than normal Do that every week and watch your life change. 5) Get Outdoors There are so many health benefits to getting outdoors including Vitamin D, improved mood, better sleep at night and improved immune system. It's easy for entrepreneurs to get stuck inside all day working. Get outside at least once per day. Shannon takes each Saturday morning and sits outside to plan out her upcoming week, review her vision and write some email broadcasts. The energy and creativity from being outdoors has become one of her favorite weekly traditions. And as Craig has taught you, Whitespace walks are a game changer… plus they check so many boxes on this top 10 list of changes to make. Let me know which tip helped you the most! Daniel Woodrum Early To Rise, Head Coach ***** Ok, Craig here again. Well there you have it… With these and yesterday’s tips -- you now have 10 easy ways to skyrocket your health & energy. If you implement even just two or three of these strategies I promise you’ll feel the difference almost immediately. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
