Hey, Daniel Woodrum here — Head of Coaching at Early to Rise. As you may know, Craig and I laun

Hey, Daniel Woodrum here — Head of Coaching at Early to Rise. As you may know, Craig and I launched our new Profit Maximizer course this week. We’ve had an amazing response so far with a ton of people joining… But one question keeps coming up in various forms. Reader Jeff L. probably asked it best: “YES. I 100% am looking to boost my profits while working less. Just one question guys, how the heck is that supposed to work?? Honestly interested to hear your answer.” Although I detect a little sarcasm, it’s actually a perfect question. Exactly how do you take home more cash from your business… WITHOUT adding any extra work — and in fact, work fewer hours? Probably sounds like a pipedream to some folks. So to give you a better idea how Profit Maximizer leverages your time, energy, and resources in the most profitable ways possible… And helps find the hidden income streams inside your business… Today I’m going to show you some of what you’ll learn on Day 2 of the program. Let’s start with a quick story: Our client Dr. John runs a successful medical practice in Arizona and he’s one of the best at what he does. But when we asked what his colleagues charge for their services… We found out some were getting up to 3X more. And it’s unlikely they provide the same level of care as Dr. John. He needed to raise rates… but didn’t know how. Plus he didn’t want to upset clients and frankly the whole thing stressed him out. So we made a plan to raise his rates in such a way that clients would practically be tripping over themselves, throwing credit cards at him to pay his new prices. And the result was he doubled his annual revenue and profits last year (mostly due to this strategy + one other). How did we do it? By starting with a simple rule of thumb: 1. Increase Rates for Current Clients by 10-15% 2. Increase Rates for New Clients by 20-25% We’ve learned over time that these are just the right amounts. Small enough for an easy transition… Big enough for a quantum leap in income. (It’s better to increase by small amounts multiple times than by a large amount all at once). To do this you’ll want to increase perceived value along with your price. There are multiple ways to do that, including… A) Improve your onboarding process (exceed expectations and provide “WOW factor” as soon as people sign up with you and in first 12-24 hours, when they’re in their most excited state) *If you want an easy shortcut for this you can model our “Welcome Email” template inside the Profit Maximizerresources section B) Deliver quicker results (where possible, get your clients to their goals faster. Place more emphasis and positive reinforcement on their small wins along the way) *See “Cheat Sheet” client guide in Profit Maximizer resources section C) Add Extras (can you offer a “Thank You” gift? Fast start checklist? Helpful “How to” video?) BONUS STRATEGY: One great way to leverage your price increase even more… Is to run a “Price Increase” campaign. That’s where you announce your upcoming price increase… …And offer prospects in your pipeline “one last chance” to get in at your current rates before they go up. This works great for getting people who’ve been sitting on the fence to buy. I can tell you something else… I’ve personally used ALL of these strategies to increase prices in my gym. I recently increased rates for all existing members by 15%... And it generated an extra $4k per month from this strategy alone. But I also increased rates for all new joining members by 25%... Which is already bringing in an extra $1,950 per month so far. That means, raising my rates ONE TIME has generated an additional $71,000 in annual income. It’s no fortune… but an extra $70k in your business wouldn't hurt would it? The point is, raising your prices is one of the fastest and easiest ways to make more money without giving yourself more work. Most people just don’t know how. We cover this powerful strategy (and many others) in full detail inside the Profit Maximizer course… Complete with word-for-word scripts & templates for exactly what to say… And an easy 5-step process to implement it in your business so that clients happily pay whatever price you’re asking without even batting an eye. But Profit Maximizer is only available for a couple more days. So if you’re ready to add tens or even hundreds of thousands in new profits to your business… And you want our plug-and-play systems to remove all the guesswork and make your dreams of higher income a reality… Then I recommend using the link below and joining right away.[>> Go here to get all the details and grab your copy of Profit Maximizer today]( Success Loves Speed, Daniel & Craig PS - Just to let you know… there is a payment plan option available.
