Here’s a simple exercise to help give you clarity on the most important changes to grow your success in 2023.  In my past workshops and retreats, I called this “The Price of Gold”.  Organizational psychologist Ben Hardy, PhD, loved this exercise so much that he wrote an entire Medium article about me and these questions...  PART ONE (with example answers)  1. Where are you getting approval for things that do not serve you?  For example, everyone says “you are the hardest worker,” so you work longer hours.  2. Who is giving you this approval?  Colleagues, people on the Internet... (basically no one important!)  3. Why are you seeking this approval?  Ego. Image. Dopamine.  4. What is this costing you?  Time with family... your relationships... your health!  Now that we’ve figured out the negative...  Time to move to the positive and retrain your brain on the right moves...  PART TWO:  1. What do you need to get approval for doing?  Being present. Turning off my phone. Working better, not longer.  2. Who are the right people to give approval?  Wifey, kids… dog ;)  3. How will this better serve your vision?  I’ll become a more effective entrepreneur... delegate more... and become a leader.  The solution is to work ON the business, not IN the business!  ***  I encourage you to carve out 5-15 minutes of quiet time this week / weekend to go through these questions…   And use this to cut loose the bad habits that are holding you back.  Success Loves Speed! Delay Kills Dreams!  Looking forward to your success in 2023,  Craig        [[Instagram1]Â]( [[Facebook1]Â]( [[Youtube1]Â]( [Twitter1](    [Whitelist Our Email]( [Contact Us]( 2022 © Early to Rise Publishing – All Rights Reserved   This email was sent to {EMAIL} by admin@etrmailbox.com 1550 Larimer Street #769, Denver, CO 80202 [Edit Profile]( | [Manage Subscriptions]( | [Report Spam]( Â

Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
