One thing we’ve been leaning more into with our coaching programs this past year… â?

One thing we’ve been leaning more into with our coaching programs this past year… …is teaching clients to develop a millionaire mindset. Specifically, how to overcome small thinking… Always play to win… And maintain a positive approach in the face of adversity. One great way to shift your thoughts in this direction is just listing out all your wins, big or small. This forces you to acknowledge things you might otherwise dismiss as insignificant… And forms the habit of viewing yourself as a winner. I can’t stress enough how powerful this is. As someone who — by nature — is very demanding and hard on themself… If I’m not careful, my thoughts can fixate too much on what I didn’t accomplish. Instead of having gratitude and celebrating all my wins. So I’ve been keeping a running list of all the amazing experiences, events, achievements, and big things that have happened to me this year. My clients asked me to share it with them, so I decided to share it with you too. This is in no way meant to “show off” (I’m sure a LOT of people reading this have accomplished way more than me). The idea is to help you get the creative juices flowing so you can make a list of your own… And take inventory of your accomplishments to fuel you into an even bigger and better 2023. It’s important to understand there’s no right or wrong answers here… You just write down all the positive outcomes you’re grateful for. Anyway, here’s the list I made: 1. Implementing our New Marketing Team Meeting 2. Baby Isabella was born! 3. Michelle’s Birthday Celebration 4. Visits from my friends Simon Black and Matt Smith 5. Assembling our Mexico Nanny Team 6. Selling all my Bitcoin for a 3.5X ROI 7. Got BOTH Baby Isabella’s Passports! (Mexican & Canadian) 8. Visit from my Mom & sister… Lifelong goal achieved of my Mom meeting her 1st grandchild! 9. Lunch with Joe Marcoux & Petar Jurina before the May Mastermind 10. 1-Day Workshop with Sam D, Joe, Anne, and Patrick D 11. Mastermind in Mexico with Rob Hanly, Viktorija, Chris Larsen, Zander, Joe, Charlie Johnson, Bruce, Anne, Ron, Matt B, Kory, and more. 12. Mexican Mother’s Day Mariachi Band for Michelle (this is a Mexican tradition!) 13. Mexican Permanent Residency achieved for Michelle and me 14. My 11/10 Tulum Birthday Celebration with Deadpool visit 15. Daytrip and Golf Cart ride at Isla Mujeres 16. Visit from Michelle’s Grandma and Mom 17. Father's Day Ferris Wheel ride with my girls 18. July 4th StayCation in Playa Del Carmen at the Grand Hyatt (loved this place!) 19. Visit from Michelle’s Dad… adventures with him and Isabella at Nizuc Hotel (beautiful place) 20. Isabella’s Baptism 21. Moved into new and better home in Cancun 22. Swimming with Daisy the dog in our new pool 23. Michelle’s Mom visiting for Isabella’s 6-month birthday! 24. Wim Hof Breathwork Session and Ice Bath 25. Skin Cancer screening – ALL Clear!  26. BJJ With Frank from Belgium 27. September Mastermind with Frank Den Blanken 28. Coach Gavin crushing his presentations at the MM 29. Amazing MM Group Dinner at Ilios 30. 2nd Canada trip … to Vancouver for Canadian Thanksgiving 31. Cancun Jungle Boat Tour (super fun… you should take 3 hours to do this in January!) 32. Christmas card photoshoot with Isabella (she loved it!) 33. Simon Black Seminar in Mexico City … where I had my 1st Frappacino lol Tracking these things helps me grow my gratitude muscle and maintain a millionaire mindset. There were lots more “little things” on my list… I just didn’t want to bore you with stuff like “Michelle’s Mom brought me Quest oatmeal chocolate chip” protein bars from Canada (But I still celebrate those wins!) Anyway, I encourage you to make a list of your wins for 2022. It doesn’t have to be 30 items… It could be 3 or it could be 50+... it’s completely up to you. In any case, just taking the time to do this will stir up some awesome memories… And give you a powerful mindset boost going into 2023.
