By 1916, he had become America’s most successful businessman and the world’s first billion

By 1916, he had become America’s most successful businessman and the world’s first billionaire. ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ John D. Rockefeller was the first true American oil tycoon and one of the most famous entrepreneurs in history. What most people don’t know is that Rockefeller grew up on a humble farm — and his family struggled financially after being abandoned by their father. To help support his mother and siblings, Rockefeller dropped out of school to work as a bookkeeper for a meager salary of $0.50 per day. Yet despite those struggles, by 1916 he had become America’s most successful businessman and the world’s first billionaire. So how did John Rockefeller go from broke farm boy… To being one of the richest, most powerful men on earth? Many who knew him say it was, in large part, due to his outstanding leadership ability. This was no innate skill either… Rockefeller simply followed a set of principles that he believed in and knew to be effective when it came to managing people. For example, while his competitors often exploited workers and demanded they work 10-12 hour days… Rockefeller believed in giving people paid time off, making his workers feel important, and would even visit his laborers in the field to praise them on their work. He knew that 9 times out of 10… An employee who felt supported and appreciated would outwork one who didn’t. One of Rockefeller’s senior executives told a story of a team member who made a mistake that cost the company millions. But despite the expensive blunder… When that team member walked into his office… Rockefeller had a piece of paper in front of him which read, “Points in favor of Mr. Johnson,” followed by a long list of the man’s best qualities. Including multiple occasions where his good decision making had earned the company many times more than what they’d lost from his recent error. Had Rockefeller not done this… The man might’ve become gun shy and started to doubt his own abilities. And just like that, a previously profitable manager could have turned into a liability. Smartly, Rockefeller focused on the big picture and praised him for his merits. While these types of leadership principles were rare a hundred years ago… Today, you’ll find similar practices at top companies around the world. Supportive leadership and world-class communication is something we’re very passionate about at Early to Rise. It’s what’s allowed us to build a remote team of fifteen A-Players and help over 250 men and women become millionaires. If you would like to know how to lead a proactive, high-performing team of all-stars… … So that you can grow your business at 5-10X speed while actually taking time off and even going on a vacation or two… Then I’ve got great news for you: Next week, I’m hosting a LIVE training with one of the most skilled leaders I’ve ever met — ETR’s own Coach Daniel Woodrum… Together we’ll be revealing a simple five-step system that can explode your business by attracting and retaining top talent — EVEN if you struggle with leadership and your communication sucks. Listen… Maybe you know you need to do a better job of delegating but aren’t sure where to start… Or maybe despite having some great people working for you… Your team members are constantly underperforming and letting you down. Not only does this cost you money, time, and energy when you’re left cleaning up their mess… It’s also stressful because it feels like you can’t step away from your business without everything falling apart. As Jim Collins says in his famous book, Good to Great… The key to taking any business to the next level is getting “the right people on the bus, the right people in the right seats, and the wrong people off the bus.” But that’s easier said than done. Which is why we created our proven “7-Figure Leadership” system… To quickly boost performance and establish a winning culture inside almost any kind of for-profit organization. When you join us on next week’s training we’ll show you step-by-step how to implement this system… And give you the same simple, actionable methods that have already helped DOZENS of our clients scale their businesses to 7 and 8-figures — by ethically leveraging other people’s skills. Here’s a quick look at what you’ll get on the call: - Why 99% of entrepreneurs communication sucks (and how to fix it with three simple strategies even if you’re introverted or hate confrontation) - How to develop proactive team members who constantly look for ways to grow your business without having to be told (If you’re sick of micromanaging and want to free up more bandwidth then this is a MUST KNOW) - The “Feedback F.R.E.A.K.” system that drives exponential results by improving employee performance while also making them feel valued & supported - The fastest, easiest way to earn lasting respect from your team - How to install a high-performance culture in your business (this alone can make or break your company — especially if you have negative employees that you’re not sure how to deal with) - 4 “ingredients” every A-Player craves (provide all four of these and you’re almost guaranteed to get elite performance and unbreakable loyalty in return) - How the “Structured Randomness” method makes employees LOVE working for you and consistently go above and beyond in their role - The 30-Day Onboarding Checklist that eliminates drag and gets new hires up & running fast  - Done-for-you templates to run structured meetings, send weekly team emails, and clearly define team member expectations (all you have to do is fill-in-the-blanks and these will provide an instant upgrade to your communication) - And so much more By the end of our session… You’ll have everything you need to transform your leadership & communication. And you’ll start to notice better attitudes, better results, and a better vibe in the air within days — sometimes even after just the first email or meeting where you deploy these strategies. This is the most powerful training I’ve ever seen on this topic. And I think it will be extremely helpful for you if… - You’re maxed out on time & energy and want to leverage the skills of good people to reach the next level - Your current meetings and management style feel scattered and ineffective - You DON’T feel leadership comes to you naturally but you understand how important it is - You know poor communication is costing you money and holding your business back If any of those sound like you… Then this training will be right up your alley. As for the details… The training will take place next week on Thursday, March 28th at 11 am ET on Zoom. It should take us about 2 hours. But we’ll also be taking plenty of time for Q&A and for me to give you live feedback, so we may go a little over. If you can’t make the call or have to jump off early — not a problem… You’ll get a full recording of the training that you can watch and refer back to anytime you want. Now let’s talk about the price… Normally you would have to pay at least $7,000 for one of our private coaching programs to get access to any of this information… But that won’t be the case here. Because this training won’t cost $7,000. In fact, it won’t even cost $700. I believe that developing a high performing team is the surest way to create a life of wealth & freedom… So I didn’t want price to be a barrier for anyone. That’s why instead of charging $7,000… or $700… This training is just $197. So for a mere $197, you can join myself and Coach Daniel… And we’ll guide you through this 7-Figure Leadership System so you can build your own team of A-Players. We can’t wait to show you this. So if you’re ready to rapidly scale your operation, make more money, and work fewer hours… While making the time you are working more profitable by operating from your ‘zone of genius’ (instead of wasting it on $10/hr tasks)...
