[First, we are not funded by big donors. We are a grassroots organization and I do not get a salary. I am basically the lead volunteer.]( With that being said, we are going back to DC to stand with POTUS next week, which is the week that the funding runs out for the government. While we had a successful trip in DC a couple of weeks ago, it wasn't enough. (Scroll down to the bottom to see pictures from our trip.) We are going back to DC and are taking even more Angel families with us this time. We are already in the process of setting up meetings on Capitol Hill and we have videos of Angel families trying to request appointments with Pelosi and Schumer. So far, neither office has scheduled an appointment, but we are going to keep trying. Like I said last time, we saw the left organizing and protesting Kavanaugh in the fall. Then a couple of weeks ago, we saw the federal government employee union protesting outside the White House and demanding the government be reopened. Again, no one else has organized anything to support POTUS, so we are stepping up to the plate and pulling it together...just like last time. The difference is last time we had 5 Angel families, but this time, we have way more. This is who we have joining us so far for our trip next week... We have 27 Angel families joining us from all over the country.
