A [completely insane article]( from New York Magazine highlights the worst roommate possible, which then prompted me to think about these close-but-plutonic relationships in general. It's a fantastically-strange part of life, spending eight, nine, ten hours per day with people who, under most circumstances, would be complete strangers. One of the results is spending a lot of time with people who are incompatible, and finding that those people can become great friends. Great friends that still rub your fur the wrong way. Anger and frustration is challenge of any small company — and not once I pretend to know the answer — but it's crucial to try your hardest to recognise when the emotion is coming from a place of stress, hunger or exhaustion versus when it's a justifiable response to an egregious offence. -Kevin Articles you shouldn't miss [How to stay motivated and perform well under workplace pressure]( by [Bhupendra Sharma]( [Indonesian fashion e-commerce app LYKE shuts down]( by [Anisa Menur A.
