Only when one of them offers a stable price]( Editor's Note A degree in economics has taught me that the basic foundation of understanding everything is to assume that people are rational beings who would act accordingly. You could understand a politician's decision to be corrupt, for example, by doing a quick cost-benefit analysis. I served me well, I think, especially in making business decisions in my past corporate life. But I found out quickly that decisions that yielded the best results are those done using a combination of rationale and emotion. The startup community embodies this well. Because while numbers and logic play a big part in it, our decisions are also dictated by things like belief and the ever-popular gut feel. And that is what makes this community exciting and ultimately successful. -Lyra PS: We've got 2 AMAs lined up for today! Watch out for the link.
