Shred every inch of your body! [The 21-Day MetaShred Extreme] [Don’t Fall for this Fat-Loss Myth] Don’t Fall for This Fat-Loss Myth One of the biggest fat-loss myths of all time is that eating smaller meals more frequently will help you lose more weight because it boosts your metabolism. Unfortunately, this is a recipe for diet disaster. Here’s the real answer you’ve been looking for: Just eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. It’s simple — and part of an extremely effective fat-loss plan I’ve designed for my book The MetaShred Diet, which you’ll be able to order in January. Research shows that small meals can make you hungrier — even if you’re eating more of them. In a study from the University of Missouri, researchers divided people’s daily food intake into either three large meals or six smaller meals. At the end of the study, those who ate six smaller meals more often were hungrier throughout the day compared to the people who ate larger meals less often. It’s possible to shed fat and feel satisfied! I recommend that my clients eat a regular breakfast, lunch, and dinner in addition to a small protein-rich snack either in the morning or afternoon. This will allow you to have meals that are large enough to keep your cravings in check while also supporting your body’s nutritional needs during fat loss. Keep an eye out for more METASHRED e-mails from both me and BJ Gaddour, creator of the all-new METASHRED EXTREME fitness program. —Dr. Mike Roussell Follow us on social media [Unsubscribe] | [Manage Your Email Preferences] | [Privacy Policy] Customer Service Dept., 400 South 10th Street, Emmaus, PA 18098 © 2016 Rodale Inc., all rights reserved. 13690
