May 10th, 2024 Hello , It's Friday and starting to feel like summer for many of you. So, let's keep this short and sweet. One left-for-dead group of stocks is staging a major comeback. Itâs still early though so the window of opportunity is wide open. The stocks Iâm talking about are small-caps. As a group theyâve been sold down way too hard. Theyâre now at historically cheap levels compared to large-cap stocks. Weâve got a chart that proves it. The chart compares small-caps (like the S&P 600) to the biggest companies (like the S&P 100) The divide between them has only been this great two times before. Both bottoms were followed by long-term runs. But this is just setting the stage. Not all small-caps are going to do well (weâre looking at you retail and underfunded and overhyped tech plays). But some sectors have the potential to explode. Weâre so excited about these sectors weâre not going to wait until Monday to get rolling.
