April 4, 2024 Hello , Analysts hate these stocks, but they’re future is as bright as ever. Wall Street analysts, as a group, seem consistently bullish. More than 96% of analyst ratings are the equivalent of “Buy” or “Hold.” And just 4% of all stocks have official “Sell” ratings. The ratio is absurd, but there’s some value in there. When you see a rare “Sell” rating on a stock or sector you know it’s bad. The “Sell” rating is usually only given when a stock has been falling for so long and its future prospects are so bleak that no investor wants anything to do with it. That time, for contrarian investors, is the ideal time to buy. A little over a year ago we saw multiple analysts put a “Sell” rating on [these stocks that are starting to turn up.]( They were all mining stocks. Since then they’ve had a modest rally and gone from “absurdly cheap” to just “cheap.” But as you can see in the chart below, there’s still a lot of room to run: There’s not many investors who would like this chart. It’s so bad even Wall Street’s consistently bullish analysts have noticed. But it tends to be a good sign that the rebound – when it comes – will be big and fast. [Click here to see why the rebound may be closer than most investors think.]( [READ MORE]( Dynamic Wealth Research 2010 West Avenue K #623 Lancaster, California 93536 © 2024 | All rights reserved.
