I was telling this story to another member of the Founder's Club last week, here's where the story begins... . . . I keep telling marketers over and over and over... 24HS (24-Hour Salesman™) has MASSIVE potential for literally any person who knows how to throw up some kind of a website. I don't care if it's a WordPress site, a Weebly site, or even a Godaddy site, doesn't matter. These local business owners are so frickin' desperate to find trustworthy people. So desperate. I had a conversation with the guy who mows our lawn last week. I asked him if he did landscaping too because our side yard needed fixed up after the pool construction finished. We got to talking about "what I do for a living"... which somehow ALWAYS happens... ALWAYS... and it's never me bringing it up lol! For the sake of keeping my sanity and keeping the conversation short, I usually just tell people I'm in "marketing" or sometimes I'll get fancy and say "digital marketing" lol! But somehow we got on the topic of websites and he told me some company called his wife up one day... (She handles all of "that stuff" for him <—important point to note...) And on that phone call, they sold her a 1-PAGE website that they continue to pay $150/month for. Just a website. Right away I told him to text me a link to the site so I could rip it apart... I mean give him some advice on how to improve it. It's basically just a cookie-cutter business card website that brings him two or three leads a month... he THINKS lol! Which I told him, those are people who already know your company name and who are going to Google and searching for you. Because his website title is the name of his business... instead of the name of the main service he wants to get leads for. He told me his ideal client is NOT a lawn mowing client, or a tree trimming client, or even a landscaping client... Which if you scroll to the 'Services' section of his 1-page website, those are the only three services listed. Instead, his ideal client is a sod installation client... and I noticed while he was at my house that day, it's right on the back of the company t-shirts him and his crew were wearing in big bold print FREE SOD INSTALLATION QUOTE CALL 832-381-4391. So I had my son copy the 24HS template real quick and modify it and we put up a sod installation site for him. Aside from the $10 domain name, it cost me nothing. It felt good to help him out. But now he trusts me and will recommend me to everyone he knows who needs leads. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of people just like him out there who need this same kind of help all over the US. And maybe it wouldn't be quite as easy to open the lines of communication but it's definitely not hard. Again, these folks are desperate. They're not getting calls and emails from marketers like us. They're getting calls and emails from snake-oil sales call centers contracted by companies like Yelp, YellowPages, etc. And they're preying on them, talking them in circles, forcing them into long-term contracts, and using fear to close the deal. It's just awful. It's why I've always I wanted to get more involved in the local niche. These folks need marketers like us. . . . That's where the story ends. You see, I need more marketers like myself... people YOU... who can help these local business owners get more leads for their businesses. Right now, I (currently) have 50 3 spots open for my [24-Hour Salesman™ Founders Club](. (NOTE: The only reason these spots are open is because these 3 original members are no longer a part of the Founders Club.) I held a webinar at the very end of the year last year, where I revealed what I consider to be The BIGGEST Money-Making Opportunity of 2023... and it was AWESOME! If your goal is to quit your job in 2023... You absolutely MUST WATCH the replay of my webinar! I have NOT shared this opportunity in its entirety before. And, listen closely... After these 3 spots are filled... I'm closing the doors on the Founders Club FOREVER. Yep. You will never see me promote this again. Better hurry... these 3 spots WILL fill up fast... don't miss out!
